What we collect. When you contact us we collect the details you choose to give us, typically your name, email address, phone number and information about your business. This site does not use advertising trackers.

How we use it. To respond to your enquiry, deliver services you engage us for, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Where it lives. Client data is stored in Australia. If any processing occurs offshore we disclose it to you in writing first.

Access and correction. You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting Xstep. On termination of an engagement, client data is returned or deleted within fourteen days, confirmed in writing.
