How the money works
Fixed scopes are quoted before work starts, with 50 percent on signing and 50 percent on delivery. Nothing is open-ended, and there is no daily-rate creep. Where work genuinely cannot be fixed-priced, such as retained support, it is billed at an agreed hourly rate against a monthly minimum.
Scope changes are handled formally. If something new comes up mid-build, we price it and you decide. Rate rises are capped at CPI or 5 percent, whichever is lower.
